Established and managed by a PQS with over 30 years UK consultancy experience in both large multinational and aspiring SMB traditional Quantity Surveying practices we are adept in supporting our Clients in the Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Educational Construction sectors.
With Quantities typically being prepared in accordance with SMM7 or NRM standards and a ‘Builders Quants’ option QSurv is your supporting Pre and Post Contract partner for:
Estimating: Assisting with the development and revision of preliminary budgets, order of cost estimates and cost plans.
Tendering: Preparing package or project quantities for works being tendered on a design and build, specification and drawings or schedule of works basis.
Post Contract: Reviewing construction issue and post contract information revisions and undertaking any remeasures necessary for change control cost management and informing of the Final Account.
Our measures are fully annotated, signposted and cross referenced to design information for complete transparency and can be issued in various formats either as a standalone document or for incorporation into specific project templates.
